PRIVACY POLICY

This specific policy is intended for licensed users ("YOU" OR "LICENSEE") of software licensed from Proxima Software LLC (“Proxima”).  This policy covers what information will be collected, and how that information will be used during the operation of only these licensed products (COLLECTIVELY "LICENSED SOFTWARE"). LICENSED SOFTWARE interacts with your licensed instance/version of SugarCRM software system (“SUGARCRM”)

Proxima’s goal is to protect your data from any unintended access and provide you with a protected online and mobile experience.

This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") governs the manner in which Proxima collects, uses, maintains and discloses information from YOU and its LICENSED SOFTWARE.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We will collect and electronically transmit the following personally identifiable information about you:

 - name

 - home zip code

 -home address

 - email address

 - SugarCRM password

 -SugarCRM username

These fields comprise the fields of your "account."

In order to use the LICENSED SOFTWARE, you must also be a licensed and valid SUGARCRM user account. You have no obligation to use the mobile applications and web-based add-ons that constitute the LICENSED SOFTWARE, and if you use these, you are voluntarily submitting this personally identifiable information about yourself to us. You are only to use your SUGARCRM account for yourself.

 You are not to use any piece or part of LICENSED SOFTWARE to allow unlicensed access to SUGARCRM.

We will also collect and store your current location, if you provide it to us, and if it is different than your home address.

We will collect and store location information you voluntarily enter for the purpose of creating and monitoring travel routes.

We collect browser type, and operating system information for the purposes of being able to properly render the LICENSED SOFTWARE on your computer, phone, or tablet.

We do not collect other non-personal identifiable information.  We do not collect computer type, connection type, or any other information.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We will use your email address to communicate with you, such as sending you periodic emails informing you about updates to the LICENSED SOFTWARE.

We will use your SUGARCRM username to identify you if/when we need to authenticate your organizational data Access level.

We will use your location information to search for related SUGARCRM information near that geographical location.

HOW YOU WILL USE YOUR INFORMATION

You will use your username and password to log into the LICENSED SOFTWARE. It is your responsibility to maintain your account and keep it up-to-date. It is your responsibility to keep your password secure.

It is your responsibility to separately conform to the privacy policy and the terms of use of SUGARCRM and any related 3rd party licensed users and/or organizations.

You will be free to read, modify, update, and use any SUGARCRM information you access such as

 - accounts and account attribute information

 - meetings and calls

 - opportunities

 -contacts

HOW OTHERS USE YOUR INFORMATION

Other LICENSED USERS and users of SUGARCRM will be able to see your name via LICENSED SOFTWARE.

Users will be able to see your updates to SUGARCRM as provided by SUGARCRM privacy policy and terms of use.

LICENSED USERS will not be able to see your location information unless submitted and/or saved as an update via LICENSED SOFTWARE by YOU.

WITH WHOM WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

We will not rent, share, sell, or trade any information you voluntarily provide to us with any partner, data processor, or other third party, other than what is provided by your existing use of SUGARCRM.

LEGAL DISCLAIMER

We may disclose personally identifiable information of yours if required to do so by law, or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to conform with the law or legal process, or to protect or defend our rights or property.

HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION

We use appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices, and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information that is stored on our Site. Employee access to the system is limited to the functionality necessary for each person's job. Relevant employees are informed of our security policies and their access to applications and data on our network.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We reserve the right to modify or amend this Policy at any time by posting the amended Policy on this Site. All amended terms take effect immediately. Upon doing so, we will revise the "updated date" to reflect the most recent publishing date of the Policy. Each time you use the Site, the current version of the Policy will govern your use. We encourage Users to periodically check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.

YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS

By voluntarily becoming a LICENSEE, you signify your acceptance of this policy, and constitutes your consent to the use of your personal information for the stated purpose. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not become a LICENSEE. Your registering, and creating an account, and continued use of the LICENSED SOFTWARE following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
